Welcome to FutureStriker.com (“FutureStriker,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, community, or shop, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & COPPA Compliance

  • Our services are intended for parents, guardians, and users aged 13 and older.

  • Children under the age of 13 may not create their own account on FutureStriker.com.

  • Parents or legal guardians may create and maintain accounts on behalf of their children (including for journaling or reflection features). By doing so, the parent/guardian agrees they are solely responsible for supervising their child’s use of the service.

  • We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we discover that an account has been created by a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.

1A. Parental Consent & Acknowledgment

By creating an account on FutureStriker.com, you affirm and agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of any child under 18 who may access or use the services under your account.

  • No child under the age of 13 may create or hold an account in their own name.

  • If you permit a child under 13 to use features such as journaling or reflections through your account, you agree that you are solely responsible for supervising their use of the services and for the accuracy and content of any information submitted.

  • You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of journal entries, usage data, and community activity entered under your account, whether entered by you or your child.

  • You acknowledge and agree that FutureStriker.com is not responsible for monitoring or verifying parental supervision and that you, as the account holder, assume full responsibility for any activity conducted under your account.

2. Use of Services

  • FutureStriker provides educational content, journaling tools, AI-powered insights, and community features to help parents and players navigate the youth soccer journey.

  • You agree not to misuse the services, disrupt the community, or violate applicable laws.

  • Content provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional coaching, legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Community Guidelines

  • Treat other users with respect.

  • Do not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. AI Use

  • Some features use artificial intelligence (AI) to provide guidance, insights, or journaling prompts. AI responses are generated content and may not always be accurate. Use at your own discretion.

  • You acknowledge AI features are support tools, not professional advice.

5. Online Store

  • We may sell digital products, subscriptions, or merchandise through FutureStriker.com.

  • All sales are subject to posted pricing, return, and refund policies.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party vendors.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FutureStriker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
